- A clear description of the fault.
"PC is broken"(obviously) VS "PC is not powering on"(we know to bring a spare power supply) - The full error message that was on the screen (screenshots of the error help even more)
This helps us dispatch the correct technician, obtain the correct spare parts and schedule the call.
